We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Some delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Exceptions:
- Insoles cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective)
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
How to Return an Item

- Wait for authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Processing
